NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

1. Contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are 21 years of age or older (as of entry date).  Sweepstakes begins 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on Jan 11, 2008 and ends 11.59 p.m. Eastern Time on June 1, 2008. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on June 1, 2008 to be eligible.  Entrants must be present in Canada at the time that they enter. Officers, directors, representatives and employees of the Sponsors or their respective advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their immediate families and household members are not eligible to enter.

2. To enter visit www.northcapedrive.com/fishing, fill out the contest entry form, by providing your name, address, email address.  Limit one entry per person.  Sponsors reserve the right to change or terminate this Contest without notice.

3. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received to be held on or about June 6, 2008 by an independent organization whose decision concerning all matters related to this Contest shall be final. One (1) winner will be selected and will be notified by email. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

4.         Prize includes:

1. Three (3) nights accommodation
2. Guided Fishing Experience for (2)
3. Half (1/2) day Kayak Rental for two (2)
4. One (1) Round of Golf for two (2)
5. Lobster dinner for two (2)
6. Gift Certificates & Coupons to local restaurants and attractions
7. $500 Travel Credit (Must provide original receipts of air fare or fuel purchases incurred to travel from home address to Western PEI to claim cash back up to maximum $500)

5.         All elements of the prize may only be used during the same trip.  All other details of the prize (such as room selection) shall be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion.  All other expenses, including additional meals, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, insurance, additional activities and other stay incidentals are the sole responsibility of the winner and traveling companion.  Sponsors are not responsible for any fees or additional charges resulting from change of travel plans.

6.         THE PRIZE PACKAGE MUST BE TAKEN JUNE 15, 2008 TO SEPTEMBER 15, 2008 INCLUSIVE. The prize vacation is not transferable or refundable and cannot be substituted except by the Sponsors, which reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in Sponsors’ sole discretion.

7.         Contest is void where prohibited by law.  By entering or accepting a prize in this Contest, winner agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and these Official Rules and to comply with all federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations and all other requirements of Sponsors and other prize providers. All federal, state, provincial and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize will be awarded.  The inability of Sponsors to contact any potential winner at the email provided at time of entry within forty-eight hours of selection of such potential winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsors the right to use his/her name, likeness and biographical information in advertising and promotion without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.  Winner and traveling companion may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and (unless prohibited) publicity release within seven (7) days after such documents are sent to the address on the potential winner’s entry.  The prize package must be accepted and booked within 14 days of notification of win. Non-compliance with this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner at Sponsors’ sole discretion. Winner’s traveling companion must be an immediate family member or an adult over the age of eighteen (18) years as of the date the prize is awarded.  You are not a winner unless your submissions are validated.  Sponsors are not responsible for any human or technical errors or computer malfunctions. 

8.         Entries become the property of  Sponsors and none will be acknowledged or returned. Entries which contain typographical errors, printing or other errors, or are mutilated, altered, incomplete, tampered with or are illegible, inaccurate, forged, irregular in any way or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules are void.  Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means are void.  Sponsors and those working for them or on their behalf will not be responsible for lost, late, misdirected or damaged entries, for Internet, computer hardware and software, phone and other technical errors, malfunctions and delays, or for any injury or damage to any participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in connection with the Contest.  Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest if the Contest becomes incapable of running due to any virus, bug or other event beyond Sponsors’ control.  In the event of a dispute concerning who submitted an e-mail entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized holder of the e-mail account from which the entry is made.  The “authorized account holder” is the natural person to whom an e-mail address is assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. 

9.         All travel is at winner’s and traveling companion’s risk. Winner and traveling companion, by acceptance of the prize, agree to release North Cape Coastal Drive and their respective advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, representatives and employees from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, death, damages, losses or other liability that may be sustained in connection with the Contest, the receipt, ownership, use or misuse of the prize, or while preparing for, participating in, or traveling to or from any prize-related activity.

11.       The Sponsor of this Contest is the North Cape Coastal Drive Region of Prince Edward Island.
