North Cape Coastal Drive

			The North Cape Coastal Drive tells a story of Western PEI, its people, pride and history as it takes you along the coast through delightful regions, each offering memories that will last a life time. It is truly an experience you won't want to miss.. This 300 km journey begins in Summerside, one of the most intriguing small cities in Canada; rich with history, bustling with energy and charm. It then takes you to Evangeline, the heartland of French culture in PEI where you can experience the sites, sounds - and of course tastes of Acadian life. Your journey then takes you to the western part of the Island where you will be fascinated with its natural beauty, hospitality and traditional "from the land and sea" lifestyle. The North Cape Coastal Drive steering committee is made up of representatives from Tourism Summerside, Evangeline Tourist Association and the Western PEI Tourism Association.
